Such other different Trekking is also done from the village of Mandal which is 12 km far from Gopeshwar. In the way of Trekking you can see Anusuya devi temple which is also famous for worship.The route of trekking is very dangerous with total distance of approx 24 km from the ground level.

Milam Glacier is a famous Glacier which is established near Kumaon Himalaya (Uttrakhand).It is Situated in the District of tehsil of Munsiyari which is a part of Pithoragarh district in Uttarakhand, India. Milam Glacier is 15 kilometers far from Famous northeast of Nanda Devi Temple which is come in the way to reach Milam Glacier.The total range and distance it covered about 5,500 metres (18,000 ft) to about 3,870 metres (12,700 ft) at its snout. It covers around 37 km2 (14 sq mi) and is 16 km (10 mi) long. Milam Glacier is close in the year of 1962 due to some dangerous accident is happen there or heavy snow fall. Its again reopen in the year of 1994 and again huge number of tourist is come and ready for trekkers and camping.It is mostly know as trekking and camping . There are large number of visitors are visit there and suitable time to visit in the month of March to May.
In the mont of June Heave Monsoons starts which cause landslides and roadblocks in the way of Milam Glacier. There are different mythology behind the Milam Glacier and which is true when you visit to the glacier. Milam Glacier is start from eastern slope of Trishuli and the southern slope of its eastern subsidiary Kohli. In the route of glacier there are different subsidiary glaciers coming off the peaks such as ( Hardeol, Mangraon (6,568 m), Deo Damla (6,637 m), and Sakram (6,254 m) ) on the eastern rim of the Nanda Devi Sanctuary flow into it from the west, while on the east it is fed by glaciers from Nanda Gond (6,315 m) and Nanda Pal (6,306 m).The glacier is the source of the Goriganga River. The village of Milam lies near the snout of the glacier; Munsiyari, further down the Goriganga valley, is the base for the trek to the glacier.
Gangotri Gaumukh Tour & Trekking 2017 in Uttrakhand
Gomukh is also referred as Gaumukh or Gomukhi which literally means Mouth of a Cow. Gomukh is the end of Gangotri Glacier and it is one of the prestigious source of the Ganges River. Trekking start from Gangotri about 18 kilometer from Goumukh which is a long Distance .According to the survey roads are damaged hardly due to heavy rain fall and heavy snow fall. Construction work in that area is run every year and its necessary to walk on this route with one guide who tell you about which way is safe to reach Goumukh. An altitude of 3,293 metres (10,804 ft) in the Garhwal Himalayas Uttarkashi district in the Garhwal Division of Uttarakhand, India. Near the Surya Kund there is a shila called Divya Shila, which is worshiped before puja is offered to the deity. Devotees prepare rice and potatoes, tied in muslin cloth, to offer at the shrine by dipping them in these hot water springs. Rice so cooked is taken back home as prasadam. The pujaris of Yamunotri come from the village of Kharsali near Janki Chatti. They are the administrators of the sacred place and perform religious rites. They are well-versed in the Shastras.
